2. Refund Policy

  • No refund applicable
  • Can be discontinued at any time

Paid Monthly Subscription

  • Prorated refund for unused days
  • Full refund within 7 days of initial purchase
  • One refund permitted per calendar year

Paid Annual Subscription

  • 30-day full refund from initial purchase date
  • Prorated refund after 30 days, calculated monthly
  • Refund excludes any promotional credits used

2.3 Refund Conditions

  • Must be requested within specified timeframe
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • No cash alternative

3. Account Status After Cancellation

3.1 Free Plan Conversion

  • Automatically converted to free tier
  • Limited access to previous features
  • Generated content remains accessible

3.2 Data Retention

  • Content stored for 90 days after cancellation
  • Option to download content before deletion
  • Permanent deletion possible upon request

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Service Interruptions

  • Prorated credit or extension for significant downtime
  • Determined at LIVEME's discretion

4.2 Unauthorized Charges

  • Immediate refund for verified fraudulent transactions
  • User must notify within 30 days

5. Prohibited Practices

  • No refunds for repeated short-term subscriptions
  • No partial month refunds beyond specified conditions
  • Abuse of refund policy may result in account suspension

6. Enterprise and Custom Plans

  • Separate cancellation terms
  • Negotiated directly with sales team
  • Minimum contract periods may apply
